Linda Strom Johnson

Linda was born in Lynn, daughter of Jacqueline (Degnan) Strom of Berwick, ME and the late Einar Strom. She was a resident of Somersworth, NH for the past 10 years. She previously resided in Lynn where she attended Lynn English High School.

Linda worked for BJ’s Wholesale Club in Portsmouth, NH for several years before retiring due to ill health.

Linda’s true devotion was spending time with her family and also enjoyed gardening and listening to music.

In addition to her mother she is survived by her two sons Michael Johnson and his wife Diane of Middleton and Scott Johnson and his wife Jamie of Dracut. One brother Carl Strom of Berwick, ME, one sister Laurie Ralph and her husband Bruce of No. Berwick, ME. She was the loving grandmother to Shaylee Johnson and Michael Johnson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was the mother of the late Laura Johnson, sister of the late Jon Strom and Elsa Papagelis.

Linda’s Funeral Service will be in the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Thursday at 12:00 noon. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visitation period will be Thursday from 10:00 am. Private interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
