Nancy Lewis Dunn

Nancy Lewis Dunn, 87, passed away Jan. 13, 2022, at her home. She was born Jan. 30, 1934, in Lynchburg to Andrew and Willie Lewis. She graduated from E.C. Glass High School and was a member of West Lynchburg Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, J.T. Davis, Jr, and two sons, Jay and Joey Davis. Nancy is survived by her husband of 34 years, Eldridge F. Dunn, Jr and children, Brian Jeffrey Davis (Jackie), Judith Neighbors (Lee), Patricia Jamerson (Rodney), April Lowe (Rick), Keith Dunn (Lisa), Kenneth Dunn (Beth), and Stephen Dunn (Tracy). She was the beloved “Grandmutz” to 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was an inspiration to all with her kindness and positivity. She thanked the Lord for everyday He gave her. Visitation will be held at Whitten Timberlake Chapel on Tuesday Jan. 18, from 6-8 PM. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday Jan. 19 at 11:00 AM, Fort Hill Memorial Park.
