Laura June Wilson

Born in Massies Mill on June 4, 1937 she was a daughter of the late Robert Johnson and Blance Johnson. She was a retired seamstress.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 10 siblings.

She is survived by her children Minnie Wright of Rustburg, James Johnson and wife Dee Dee of Concord, Ronnie Johnson and his wife June, Michael Johnson both of Lynchburg, and Ruby Davis of Madison Heights; a sister Frances Holdren of Lynchburg; a special niece, Helen Callahan; 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 am Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Pastor Mack Almond and J.J. Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Monday, February 14, 2022 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
