Deborah Arthur White

Deborah Arthur White, 64, of Goode, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Lynchburg General Hospital. Born on December 27, 1958, she was the daughter of the late George O. Arthur, Jr. and Betty C. Arthur. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. “Bob” White. She loved riding motorcycles and even incorporated into her son and pet’s names, Harley Davidson. She was known as a free spirit and she deeply loved her son and grandsons. She loved animals, especially horses, and could always be found with a red lollipop in her mouth, while riding her Harley Davidson. She is survived by her son, Neil Davidson White and his wife Trish; two grandchildren, Abel and Konnor White; two sisters, Ellen A. Boling and Vickie A. Claybaugh and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Phil Stevens officiating. Inurnment will be private and held at a late date.
