To my surprise this July 4th 2019, Audrey was not here to take my phone call. For at least the 
Last 10years we would call each other on the 4th. We were friends from work. For many years we did a lot of talking and laughing. She could always make me laugh even sometimes it was just looking at each other. Over the years we didn’t carry on as much. But never fail we remembered to call each other on the 4th.  I’m am so sorry I didn’t know. But she still knows I love her. 

So sorry to hear about Audrey. I worked with her at CVTC  early 80’s. Thought of her often over the years even though we lost touch. My sincerest sympathy and prayers to her family.

Audrey I will miss talking to you so often on the phone. I wish i could have gotten down to see you.  Love you Audrey. Remember working with you at CVTC.

I met Audrey at cvtc. I will miss her deeply. She was always smiling and laughing. Never a dull moment. Audrey brought much happiness to everyone who she met n many laughs. As well as the clients she worked with. Luv u Audrey, Dot

Audrey was our neighbor in Concord for years.  She was good to us and we were always there for her.
We always kept an eye on her and got to know her  family.  She will be deeply missed as well as the family members.

Forever in my heart. I know you are in heaven making everyone giggle. I can still hear your laughter in my mind. See you again Sweet Girl.
 

I worked with  Audrey on 1st and 3rd shift at CVTC. She was always such a fun person, beautiful personality and a joy to be around. l have great memories of the times we shared. Keeping the family in prayers.

Graveside Service

Audrey Jean Clemmons, 62, of Concord joined her parents, James R. and Martha E. Clemmons in Heaven on Saturday, September 15, 2018.  Also greeting her at The Pearly Gates were her nephew David, along with the loves of her life, Danny M. Davis and Jack and Khaki Clemmons, her faithful Yorkies.

Audrey enjoyed her retirement from CVTC in Madison Heights after 40 years of service.  She also enjoyed a cold beer from time to time while listening to good music.  More than anything, Audrey loved to laugh at a joke or a situation – The Andy Griffith Show or even herself.  Among those who will miss her sense of humor are her sisters and brothers-in-law, Patsy (Helen) and Ed Huff of Bedford and Carol and Garvis Agnor of Gladstone.  Other survivors include numerous nieces and nephews, who loved her very much, as well as, many life-long friends.
