Tracy was born on July 23rd, 1972 in Abilene, Texas to Mary Yvonne Means and Raymond Ray Hanley. Tracy attended Roosevelt High School and graduated in the class of 1990. She then joined the Army Reserves, beginning basic training on July 31st, 1990 at Fort Dix New Jersey. Tracy later began her career in patient care, working for Lubbock State School as a Residential Coordinator.
Tracy married Russel Moses on August 31st, 1991 and had two children. Tracy had a passion for her six grandkids and will be remembered for her joy of arts and crafts, decorating, and events with family and friends.
Visitation will be held on October 14th 2024, 10:00 AM at Resthaven Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a memorial donation to Wounded Warriors. The family would also like to thank everyone who has assisted during this difficult time and a special thanks to Chris Christensen, The City of Shallowater, and Hyundai Motors.
Tracy is preceded in death by her father Raymond Ray Hanley, grandmother Veta Estelene Holley, grandfather Albert William Means, and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Tracy is survived by her husband Russel Warren Moses, mother Mary Yvonne Baldwin, brother Gene Hanley (Becky), sister Renay Ischy (Brian), sister, Kera Miller (Ed), brother Louis Warrington Baldwin, son Jimmy Ray Moses (Angelina), son Kane Christensen Moses (Ashley), granddaughter Makayla Skye Campos, granddaughter Makynzie Rayne Conway, grandson Russel William Moses, grandson Masyn Aaron Moses, grandson Vincent James Moses, and grandson Marek Lee Moses.
