Robert was the beloved husband of the late Kathryn Ann Lindsey and a devoted father to seven children. He was a dedicated machinist who worked tirelessly to provide for his family. Robert proudly served his country in the military and was a man of deep faith, finding strength and solace in his relationship with God. A kind and loving soul, Robert was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.
In his free time, Robert enjoyed reading the Bible, playing blackjack at the casinos, and most of all, spending time with his family. He took great joy in the company of his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, cherishing the laughter and innocence they brought into his life.
Robert is preceded in death by his children, Robin Lindsey and Shannon Lindsey, both of Lubbock, and his beloved wife Kathryn. He is survived by his sister, Audrey Blackman of Lubbock; children, Troy Lindsey of Lubbock, Shawn Lindsey of Las Vegas, Kelly Lindsey of Lubbock, Trina Lindsey-Bliss of Las Vegas, Brandon Lindsey of Amarillo; 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Robert Allen Lindsey will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His legacy of faith, kindness, and devotion to his family will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Graveside Services will be held November 20, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. at Resthaven Memorial Park, 5740 19th St. Lubbock, Texas with family and friends gathering to celebrate Roberts Life.
