Greeting my love, with Paul getting out in just a few days, and holidays just around the corner, things have been really crazy. My continued prayers for you, mom and dad, Mary, Joe, Lisa and all the other family and friends who have made it home. Once again my love, I thank you for all life lessons and for making the journey with me. I thank God everyday for the time we had. I miss you so much but am glad you are with all your loved ones. My dear husband, missing you everyday like always., but I  know we will see each again one day. Please intercede on our behalf, ask God to help and guide Paul as he is preparing to get dismissed from rehab. Ask God to please grant him the desire to do good and stay away from all the bad and drugs. May God surround him with good honest people who will lift him up to the Lord and not bring him down with the worldly things. In Jesus name  I  pray. Thank you baby, for all your prayers. My dear sweet, handsome  husband.  I'm sorry I didn't  bring my tablet with me yesterday, and it never occured to use my phone since i always use my tablet.  But Happy Heavenly  Anniversary. The last 10 years have been so hard without you. And yesterday, literally felt like it was the day you went home. I can't  believe 10 years  have gone by, I  continue to miss you so much.  The love, the memories , the joy , laughter , and the heartaches and the tears all came flowing throughout the days just like they often do. But, I'm  thankful for them all. And on meds as well, can you believe , well believe it or not, I'm pretty excited, God willing it will all work out, and if not I at least had a few days, maybe weeks excited about the idea, even if it scares me, what do I know about having a dog. HI Baby, just wanted to share as, if you don't already, tonight is Lexi's Graduation. I know you would and are so proud of her. She has grown into such an amazing young lady, so bright, talented, and respectful. I ask you to please always intercede on her behalf, may she always walk with Christ, may He always guide and protect her, and make her future bright. I pray that for all our children and grandchildren, and now great grandchildren as well. For as you know we have a grandbaby on the way and 2 great-grandbabies. Taylor is also pregnant but she graduated with her LVN as well. She is such an amazing mom. You would be so proud. Our family is growing so fast. We all miss you so much. Hi Babe,  Give Jesus, daddy, mama, Mary &Lisa, a big hug and kiss for me. I miss you all so much. Mom and dad will have 4 great-grandkids graduating high school this year, and Taylor graduating with her LVN, Gavin, (Estrellita's Fianace)with Music. We are so excited and proud of each one of them. And , I'm sure you know, Lexi was blessed to receive one of the Terry Foundation Scholarship. It is a full ride, she was one of 25, from 730. We are so thankful to God and so proud of her. Even her senior year, she was still altar server, held her grades, played soccer, she was even captain of her team, her last year, volunteered, got CNA certified and I'm sure you know better than me what else. I know you would be so proud of her.  And I'll be in Lubbock at the beginning of August, when she has to check in. That's when I'm going with Angela, Sonia and Carmen to Vegas. Oh and I guess you know as well, I started sitting part-time with a lady in Stockdale. Hours are very few, nothing like what I was used to. It is taking allot of adjusting and budgeting. But I shall not fear, God always takes care of me. I love you my dear. Lots of hugs and kisses. I feel you so close when I'm at Mass. I know you are there with me. much love your way. God Bless

Hey Babe,  I miss you. Well as I'm sure you know, my house almost burned down n Friday. I was awakened by the smoke alarms. I could smell the smoke and it was hazey in the house. I kept running from room to room to turn off alarms while looking for the fire. I went outside a couple times to see if it was coming from the outside but it wasn't, so I called Christy and she came over , I then called Raymond and Sylvia called they called the fire Marshal. And sure enough it was my heater, which melted the drain pipe for the AC. But I know you know all this and more. I am just so grateful to God for always looking out for me. I sometimes feel like I take one step forward and 2 steps back. I can't seem to catch a break. But then I remember how Blessed I am and how God always provides and takes care of me, {Widow & Orphan}. So Jr's friend is willing to sell me a new unit at his cost and Jr. will install for less then half the price. So I guess I have to put the sewer lines on hold once again. But God is good, and I will continue to place all my, trust, hope and love in His hands. God Bless you my love, say hi to everyone. Hugs and kisses.

Hey Babe, Please be sure and Thank God for allowing you to come in our dreams. I know I did and Paul, and one of the girls said as well. So I just want to be sure you give Jesus a big hug for us all. Please continue to pray for Paul, he is waiting to be transferred to the Relapse Program and will need to stay in Lubbock for a while once he's out. God willing they will allow him to work with Rene again, if Rene lets him. But I know you know all of that. As I'm sure you know, God willing I will be going to Vegas with Angela, Sonia and Carmen early August. should be fun. I can't wait. Sonia and Carmen are driving and Angela and I will fly, but that way we can go sight seeing. Oh! and please give Mrs. Evelyn Snoga a big hug from me. I miss her so much as I do you, mom, dad, Mary, Joe and Lisa.  God did send Mary in my dreams last night, or early this morning, not sure since I slept late. I miss and love you so much. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, My love. 15 years ago today, at the 6:00 pm Mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Lubbock, Texas  we got married. It was that day I married my soulmate, my better half. The man who changed my whole world for the better. You came and turned my world around, than just like that  laid in the ground. My heart so broken, still I could see, you were the great gift God gave to me. In those short years, we had lots of fun, I always knew you were the one.  We laughed, we prayed, we traveled, and played, we worked, and taught, we joked, we fought. We sang , and danced, we floated and pranced. I knew you were the one. Each new day , we held hands and prayed thanked God for each new day. We asked God to bless each breath we took, our every thought, action, step  and look. Throughout the day, we spoke and shared of how our day was going because, we cared.  I knew you were the one. Then as we drove home from work , we'd talk some more, and once home we always met with a kiss at the door.  We would pray and eat, and watch a show, than have ice cream before bed you know. Then all held hands again to pray, for with God we always started and ended each day. I knew you were the one.  Life with you was so blessed and true, life was good,  so easy too. I loved you so much, as all could see, for you were always there for me. I knew you were the one.  Today, as I very often do, I thought of all the memories of you, I thought of the life we shared, and how you gave my life meaning because you cared. And even though my kids were, are and always will be, the ones who mean the world to me. they also knew and could  surely see, God's gift you were, but not just for me. They grew to love you more and more, you see, they grew to love you just like me. We all miss you and know there is that special place in our hearts that God places there for just that special person, our soulmate,  and that special person was, is and will always be YOU, for me. Because I knew you were the one.

Happy New Year my love.  With each passing day I miss you more and more, the days may get easier but the pain is still so deep and some days so fresh. Thank God for my kids  Today on the day of the Three Kings, we had a great little get together at Irma's we shared a meal and had the Rosca (mexican pastry ring) with the three babies, & Sydney got the one who will be responsible to take the tamales on the Celebration of the Presentation of Our Lord, Irma will host the Dia de los Tres Reyes again next year and Sabrina is hosting the Presentation on Feb.3rd. It was so exciting and relaxing to be able to bring back some of the old traditions. God willing we hope to continue.  We just hope to get the kids excited about the tradition. cutting the hay and leaving it in a shoe box for the camels , leaving sweets and water out for the wise men, and placing your shoes at the end of the bed nd waking up to them filled in the morning. God is so good to us, giving us His beloved son Jesus Christ, I just want the kids to grow up making memories and incorporating Jesus more into their lives. I still need to get my life size baby Jesus, get Him dressed ( I think Paul's baptismal outfit may fit) and get the candles for the Presentation.   I'm sure it does not compare to the festivities and joy up there. I pray for you and  all my loved ones, and hope you all know how much you are missed. Please give mom and dad, Mary, Joe & Lisa a hug for me. Tell them all Happy New Year. Let them know I miss them all so much. I miss and love you so much. I thank God for the time we had. Hey Love, it was so good to see you and hold you in my dream. Please thank Jesus for allowing you to visit and for helping me understand the situation with Paul. You told me he prayed to go back to Lubbock and that God heard his prayer. He kept telling us he needed to go back to rehab. I thank God the way it all unfolded. I thank God for all He does for us and I thank you for always looking out for us, just as you said you would. We all miss you so much. I miss mom and dad so much as well and Mary, Joe and Lisa. But I know you are all in a much better place. Please continue to watch over us and intercede on our behalf.  May the judge just send him back to rehab, with no extra charges or time. Greetings love, seems almost impossible that 9 years ago today you were in the hospital. Who would have thought that 2 days later you would be called home. There was so much I would have reminded you of, how much I love you, what a great life I had with you, thanking you for all you did for me and the kids, etc. I will forever be grateful to God for giving me a glimpse of what a real Christ centered marriage is all about. Thank you for walking that spiritual journey with me. As I face your 9th year Anniversary of your Journey Home, on September 9th, I will forever honor your name, your love, and your memory. I will cherish the time given to me from God to walk with you, to know you and to love you. Thank you for your love, support, your respect and your family. May your Anniversary with Jesus, Mary and Joseph be joyful.  Celebrate with all the angels and saints as well. Forever in my heart.

My Love,  I guess you know the mess I've had with my house, but thank God it's almost ready. I'm excited, yet sad. I wish we could have shared it together. I think you would have liked my place. It is breezy, quiet and the property is not to big, not much maintenance.  God has been so good to me and He continues to look out for me. I'm really excited and maybe a little anxious as I just signed yesterday. But now at least I have a place to call my home. Living with Savannah the last 2 yrs has been fun, I love her and the boys, she doesn't want me to move, but understands. Greetings Babe,  Just thinking about you, and I'm sure you already know and saw my truck. I hated that my Ford got totaled, but in a way it was a blessing. I traded in my car and got me a truck , now I only have one insurance. It is a little more than the Blazer but still less than both together. I really like it I just hope I don't regret it later, cuz it's a big truck and I'm getting old. I really think you would like it, but it is bright red. Jr bought a new white one, but I didn't want big payment so I got a used one.  I call it My Red Robin.. I miss you all, I have been really missing mom, I wish she was still here, but I know she is in a better place. My Dear Sweet Husband,  today as we start Holy Week, I cant even begin to imagine, the celebration  up there. I pray and hope you have seen mom and all is well. I miss her so much, so much more than I ever imagined. I guess I took it for granted that she was here and thought she would live as long as grandma did. I never really thought the time would come and she not be here. There is just so much more  I wish I would have done with her and for her. And me, being a great believer of, life is to short, we are born to die, this  is only our temporary home, make the best of your journey,  etc.. i feel like I really let this one slip me by. I jus hope she knew how much I loved her and how grateful  I am for all she taught me, I never really stopped to notice how much I really learned from her. Happy New Year my dear sweet husband, I know it is late, but we are still in the Christmas season. It is also almost our Anniversary. we would have celebrated 15yrs of being married in the church. I still remember like it was yesterday. I thank God for you and for the time He allowed us to spend together, I would have liked it to be more, but I am thankful for the time and the memories He gave us. Well I guess you know, I am planning to get me a truck and trade my Blazer in. I have enjoyed it but it is an expensive car, that I do not need to have. Another lesson lived and learned. Oh how I miss you my sweet man.  
 Looking back, I miss the  trips we took and how you would look at me and wiggle your eyebrows, I miss you gentle hand holding mine as we drove along the way, and how at times you would gently tap the tip of my nose. I miss us reading and praying and singing on our trips back home. I miss how you always took charge and always carried the bags and how you were always such a gentleman. I miss the way you used laugh, and the way you would call my name, and I miss your gentle kisses, and how you held me at night till morning. I miss you laying on my lap, I miss cleaning your ears, I miss you massaging my feet. I miss us volunteering at church and helping distribute communion, and going to home bound to take Jesus to them. I miss going to retreats with you, I miss our prayers before meals, and before we went to bed, I miss praying with you when we woke up, before getting out of bed, I miss out ice cream time as we watched tv in the evenings. I miss our Friday night dates, because you never let me cook on Fridays. I miss our phone calls throughout the day, and as soon as one of us got off work. I miss our meetings at the door, when the other came home.  I miss waking up next to you each morning or going to bed next to you at night. I miss us sharing and learning about Jesus. No matter how long it's been, I MISS YOU SO MUCH. I miss you being JESUS to me

Once when they stop breathing, again when we say good bye at the burial, and when people forget about them and stop mentioning their name or thinking about them. I pray God gives me the mind, the knowledge, and the mental status to always remember and honor you, who you were, and your name.  May He help me remind the kids and may they remind me when I am no longer able to recall. May they show me pictures and remind me of how we met and how special you were and how much I loved you. I'm sorry I will not be ableto go to your gravesite on your birthday, but I promise I will celebrate your birthday this Thanksgiving Day. and with me working with peoplewith dementia, even in their younger years, I thank God you lived your life to the fullest almost to the very end, and with God in your heart and by your side. My dear sweet husband, I know  our time together here on this God given earth was cut short, but the memories are tremendous. I think of you so often, last weekend, i went to pick up Paul and I stayed with Rene and Angela,  Rene is the spitting image of you. It was nice to  spend time with them, their home is beautiful, I know you are proud of them, I know I am. I went to see your brother, and I called Becka but she was to call me back when she woke up and i guess she forgot, plus it was raining, so we stayed in on Sunday after church. My Dear Sweet Husband, I continue to Thank God for sending you to me even if it was just for a little while. Together we found the greatest love  ever given, JESUS.. yes we knew Him, and we knew of Him, but I know we often spoke of how we had never truly had a close intimate relationship with Him or had a relationship with His Blessed Mother, and that too He gave to us from the cross.  That is why I will forever be grateful to you, for walking the journey with me and my children and grandchildren.  Our morning  and nightly prayers, they still remember as I do. You were never embarrassed or afraid to show and share your faith. And I remember many days when my heart was so full of joy, I couldn't even sit to work, I wanted to sing and dance and praise God for everything, well, since you went home I had not felt that same exact joy, yes I've been happy and yes I love my children and grandchildren and my precious great-grand babies, they all bring me so much joy, but it is/ was a different joy, until today. While I sat at work, at a communion service  and then during communion , did I experencience that joy again. And I know my love that you were there in the choir of angels, these past few days I have seen signs and I've been thinking alot about you and missing you so much, and by the Grace of God, I am ok. I now know, I am ok, and that you are ok. I pray for you often my dear, for you also showed me what a marriage should be like.  Were we perfect, heavens no, but we were perfect for each other. You were my soulmate.  Please continue to intercede for me, for us all, please pray for Savannah and Sydney as they go on retreat, Pray for Paul as he completes his rehab,  for Lex, Devon, Taylor, Becka, for everyone please. You Know Devon is fixing to be a daddy. I am so proud of him, I know you would be to . He has come a long way, they all have.. 8years ago today, my life was turned upside down, I've  often wondered why,  Why would God give me my soul mate for such a short time. But as we often hear, "Taste and see the goodness of the Lord". And that was my gift from God. I did get to taste and I got to see, God's  goodness. I know, God's loves me so much, that he allowed me to be so joyful and happy with you. It was like heaven on earth. I know that because together , our journey towards God made me stronger. I know  that your love towards God, me,  the children and grandchildren was real. And it is because of that reality that my faith carries me through day after day. Through the quietness of some days and the storms of other day, it is My God that continues to lead me and I know, my love, that you are with me always. And as I  continue the journey , now alone, I  cherish every moment we spent in prayer together.  You made me whole, my love. I will love you forever. May your reunion  anniversary with God, our Blessed Mother Mary and  all the angels and saints be as wonderful as you were to me. Hugs and kisses.

today was another birthday without you here. another horrible day without my bestfriend here with me. i wonder if you would be proud of me, proud of who i have become. everything i do is to make you proud. today is officially 8 years without you and i find it surreal. it feels just like yesterday i was taking a nap on your lap while we were setting up for a party. i love you and miss you so so much.

Hey Babe, Here it is , just 3 days away from your 8th year Homecoming. As I go thru life and see what, dementia, alzeimers, heart attacks,strokes, and cancer are doing and how some people suffer so much, I can't help but Thank God . I thank Him for sparing youthe pain and heartache. and not only you but daddy as well. And God know how badly I miss you both as i miss my sister, but I will not be selfish and wish ya'll back to see the suffering.  Some days I feel like a gerbil on a spin wheel, like I go round and round and get no where. Especially right now, with everyone sick. Donna will go to the oncologist on Thursday, Lupe just got out of the hospital due to light stroke, plus has lung cancer, mom has bone cancer, on top of having, breast cancer, & colon cancer. Irma fell and had to go to nursing home for therapy, Modesta is having knee surgery on 15th, plus has been having chest pain. Johnny just had shoulder surgery and Mando is in a lot of pain with his back, I think Raymond and I are the only ones right now that are ok. Praise God for that. Today was a good day I went to Communion Service this morning and that really made my day. Thank God for all He does for me. Please continue to pray for me and all my family. Lexi has birthday on Thursday, I pray God continue to watch over her and all my children and grandchilren and great grandchildren.  Pray Savannah gets all her issues behind her, she is really trying and doing well. Oh and Devon and Daniella are having a baby, he is so excited. Gender reveal this Saturday. I miss you so much  think of you daily. Rest in God's arms my sweet sweet man.I will love you forever.

It makes me sad to know they wont know you while here on earth, but I know you watch over them always. Please keep Donna and Lupe both in your prayers. Intercede for us that God may heal them both. Hey Baby,  I'm sorry that I can't be in Lubbock right now when Becka needs us the most. I feel so bad for her. I ask that you please intercede for her. Ask God to please send her a speedy recovery . Those kids need her and I'm sure she misses them too. But I am so proud of her for taking the necessary steps to get help. Thank God for sending him to Christy. But all in all things are coming along, Praise God. Hey dad, its got easier, alot has happened in the past years. Your on my mind everyday. I try to think of all the happy times I have spent with you but there isn't very many I remember. I keep thinking of scenarios where if I could of been less stubborn and just spent more time with you but that time can't be taken back now. It hurts knowing I could have spent less time being hard headed and spent more time making memories with you. I only had 17 years the youngest child ,you and the siblings had much more time. Oh, what I would do if I knew I had more time, if I knew I wasn't going to have a lot time. Now all I have is regret and an empty feeling. But all I can do is blame myself for not trying harder. I know you tried. I was the original teenager doing what teenagers do giving parents a hard time. But now that I'm 25 and have grown up I realize how much I have missed. And how much I want to rewind time and get all those memories and times back to spend more time with you. I love you dad. 

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY MY LOVE....I can only imagine the beauty & love that must go on there, with Jesus, Joseph, our Blessed Mother and all the angels and saints, when I think of you, daddy, Mary and everyone who has gone home before us I can't help but be a little envious.  Tomorrow Feb. 15, will be daddy's 10 year anniversary. I can't believe it's been that long, I still miss him so much. This September will be 7 years since God called you home, it seems like only yesterday. I miss and love you so much. . you would not believe the weather here today, right now it's10*, it's snowing, roads are iced up and i need new tires, crazy huh, but i'm sure you are not surprised, I have always been a procastinator.  Oh, and I'm sure you know and saw, how baby Trey kept going to your picture and talking to you the other day, then told Sydney something and pointed to your picture, then again with the blanket..I'm so grateful for my kids, I don't know what I would do without them. I hear and talk to Becka often, her Birthday is coming up as is Margaret's, Paul just had his, and mom today, Christian's, than Margaret, Jr & Elijah then Becka than Lynette, than Abran March 1... Happy Valentines Day my Love...I know I'm a few days early, but I love and miss you just the same

Since you've been gone, I have felt unsettled, not sure where I belong.  When we got married we became one, we made a home. Now I feel like I am searching for something I may not find, HOME...a place to feel content. But no matter where I go, what I do,  or what I have -I can't seem to find my home. Because home isn't a place, home is where you feel wanted, loved, and accepted and not because of what you have, but because of who you are.  And together we made our home. You always made me feel loved, wanted and accepted. It didn't matter how much or how little we had, it always seemed like we had it all. But that was because we had a good Christ Centered life, and we knew what was in our hearts. Together we made our house a home. Even though we were not perfect, (you were pretty close in my eyes) we both knew we needed God in our lives, our home and our family. You always knew how to love and worship God and how to love, spoil, and care for me. You lived up to what we had agreed on when we met, you never walked before me, you never walked behind me, you always walked beside me holding my hand. And for that I will forever be grateful. Happy Anniversary  my love.  13 years ago today, or should I say this evening we came before God and were united as one. That day truly changed our lives for the better.  Doing God's will and making Him the center of our lives made our relationship (marriage) that much better. I will always honor your name and your memory for being such a great Godly man, a great friend, husband, father, grandfather. You were the man every woman dreams of, not perfect, but pretty close. You made me laugh, you  made cry, you carried me when I  was fell, and lifted me up when I was down. You believed  in me even when I  didn't. You gave me confidence,  and encouraged me to aim for what I wanted and never to give up. You helped me draw strength,  I didn’t know I had, and taught me fear does not come from God. You helped me see, I  was braver than I thought  and stronger than I knew. You taught me to look at the clouds and how to dance as if we were the only two there, how not to care what others said or thought, and how not to stop living to live. Going thru life without you has been easier because of the love we shared for Christ,  and for each other, and because of who you were , what we shared, mainly God, what we did, where we went, but most of all because I  know we will reunite one day as God has promised.  I  continue to thank God everyday  for the time He gave us, for placing you in my life.  I  could write a story of the good and the bad, but at the end our greatest accomplishment together was getting to know Christ on a more intimate level together, and for that my love I am truly grateful. Hey Baby, just sitting here thinking about you, so much going on, this pandemic is crazy. Lost so many loved ones already,  others sick. As the Birth of Jesus gets closer and all the festivities I can't help but recall all the wonderful memories, we made together, from midnight Masses,  Christmas singing as we drove, to the many car and big truck rides, planning and packing, praying, singing, reading and etc. You were the perfect partner, I continue to thank God every day for sending you to me even if it was for just a season. Those few short years meant everything to me, your love, your kindness, your sweet and  caring gestures, your laugh, your smile, the twinkle in your eye when you glanced over and winked, to holding my hand while you drove,  you were my true soulmate. I grasp and cherish every single memory  you left me with. You were and will always be,(after Jesus) my everything.  My heart remains broken, but continues on , on crutches until we meet again. Happy Birthday, my dear sweet husband. I miss you so much. Things are crazy in this beautiful God given world. I'm sure God looks down on us and shakes His head. Today is also a sad day, as you already know my cousin lost her battle to COVID19. Even though we didn't see each other much, it was always nice to know she was there.   2,083 days ago today, my whole world was turned upside down.  What may have been the start of the best adventure for you seemed like the worse for me. Jesse your journey home, I believe  started a few days before you were actually called home. Thinking back of things you said and did, I know God had already summoned you and you had already accepted.  Your journey was beautiful and so peaceful, I literally felt like we handed you over to Him, and that has also given me peace. Knowing the life you lived up until your departure homeI have no doubt of where you are. 
 God placed you in my life for a reason, I have always known and believed that.  My life took a turn then too. our journey, with Christ, was beautiful. Our journey through life together was beautiful. You always said, third time was a charm, but our time together was a charm. For it was not the Years of our Life we shared together but the Life of the Years we were given. God was so good to us and He continues to bless me everyday. But we sure did have some good times, some good ole Christ centered times, and together we both grew closer to God.
  Now  as I pray for you, I also  ask you, my dear sweet husband, to please continue to pray and intercede for us all. We so need Jesus with everything that is going on.    Sorry I haven't gotten on your site, the days have been kinda crazy with the Pandemic going on. I have been in quarantine since March 20th. It's not bad the days  just kinda run togerther, but I'm just making sure we are all safe and away from everyone. We have groceries and whatever we need delivered  so I have not gone anywhere. It's also crazy how the price of gas has gone down  I never thought I would ever see that again, and well I really don't see it cuz I have not gone anywhere. The  whole world  has been in a shelter in place,  we can not even go to Mass. The beauty of this all is seeing how so many have turned to prayer and God. I have never been more proud to be Catholic.   January 11, 2020 would have marker 12 years of marriage in the eyes of God.  Next month will be 18 years since we met. Wow how time flies. I still have a hard time believing you've been gone over 5 years.  Thank God for His promise of always being with me, for His continued strength, love and support thru all this. I know that if it wasn't for the faith we shared together, the faith that I continue to live here on earth, I couldn't have made it without you. And as I try to continue to grow closer to Christ our Lord and Saviour, I know this will bring me closer to you and we will see one another again one day. This is my weekend to work, but yesterday at 6:37 I remembered exactly where I was 12 years ago, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Lubbock, Texas at 6:00p.m. Mass with Fr. Andres and at about that exact time we became one in the eyes of God, and  I Thanked God for one of my greatest gifts, YOU, Jesus Reymundo Abrigo Martinez Sr. a good Godly, kindhearted, loving man, who loved God and his family above all things.  I have loved you all these years and will continue forever more. My thoughts and prayers are with you today and always.    Today as I drove  and reflected on this special day of Our Lady of Guadalupe, I couldn't help but remember our last procession  at the Celebration of Our Lady in Lubbock with our church family at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Lubbock with all our sister parishes, and friends. I remember one of our fellow church members was having trouble walking and finishing the procession and you  helped her, litterally carring her all the way back to the church. She was so grateful and you were such a gentleman. I thought today,  you were probably already sick yourself, and even though you were probably tired, you forgot about yourself  and was Christ for her.  This is still another reason why I know God called you home when He did, because like Mother Angelica said, you must have been at a highest point of your life where you recieved the greatest merits from Christ. I was and will always be so proud of you my love, you were truly a Godly man. My Godly Man, I thank God for giving me  such a great gift.... YOU. I loved you then and I love you now, and I will always love you. May you spend the Happiest Christmas ever in Heaven with Jesus, Mary ,Joseph and all the angels and saints.  Sorry, I failed to visit this site last month. but I thought of you often, the time is flying by so fast,  between work, Taylor's graduation, Jr's baby time just got away. And now here we are almost out of June as well. I miss you so very much. Father's Day was so sad without you and daddy, but I'm sure y'all had the best day celebrating with Our Heavenly Father.  Babe, here we are today you home with our Heavenly Father and me here, but 17 years ago  was the first time you called me.  And it didn't take long before we fell in love. My heart was complete after that. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you and miss you, You, along with my children were my everything, my children,Thank God are still my  life and they make it full of happiness, but a piece of my heart died right along with you. That piece is full of memories we shared, but how I long to see you again one day, when God calls me home.
 Oh by the way, I'm sure you already know but, Becka is getting the house. She has remodeled it and I think is already living there. I am so proud of her, she is doing good and is such a good mom. I  know you would be very proud of her as well. She keeps in touch and brought the babies for me to see, I'm glad she will live there in a home we all lived together.     Oh how I miss you, and long to see you again.  Our time together may not have been long, but it was definitely memorable. Not a day goes by that I don't think about you and how you must be rejoicing with Jesus, Mary, Joseph and all the angels and saints.  I so often feel your presence and know you watch over me, and even though I would not for a minute take that from you, I just wish we could have lived here in the Hill Country together.  It is beautiful, so peaceful and the deer come out to graze, there are trees all over the yard and  the property and  my landlord is really nice, I've been really blessed.  Every day I see the blessings, since the day I met you, and I know it was together that we each formed the intimate relationship with Christ,  and I pray and try so hard to continue to Love and serve Him and live a good godly life. One that Christ and Our Blessed Mother Mary  would be proud of,  and one you and daddy would be  proud of as well. I miss you both so much and my sister as well.   As I sit here at work, looking over all the pictures and the memories. I can't help but wonder where and what we would be doing. So much time has passed and yet I still miss you as if it were just yesterday. I've managed and found ways to go on, but I couldn't have done it without the Lord carrying me everyday and every step. I am so happy that Christ was the Center of our world, because I know that,  He is the only reason I have managed to continue without you.  Oh! Becka came by to see me a couple weeks ago, but of course you know that,  the babies are so cute, I know you would have loved spending time with them. And Becka is doing so well, you would be so proud, I know I am and I'm so glad we have stayed close.  I think you would of liked my place over here. the house is so small, and I wanted a tiny house, I don't know what I was thinking. I can barely handle what I have now, but I love the area, it's nice and shadey,  the deer come around from time to time. Until next time, my dear sweet husband. I will love you forever. Hey Baby,  I'm sorry I hadn't posted, but you know how crazy things have been. I did finally find a place to rent, it's really small, but it will do. It is out in the country, the deer come around almost every day, it is really nice out there, I think you would of liked it.  But from trying to move ,to  my uncle's passing to Jessica being in the hospital, then Sydney's accident, grandma  in hospital, then mom, then Joe and Lisa then Lupe, then Marty's surgery and grandma's passing. I feel like i'm going crazy and   You know the mess that came up for grandma's funeral,  I feel like I wasn't even able to mourn her cuz  I had to get everything straight, then the issue with the house. I tell you if it wasn't for my faith I don't know where I would be. I miss you so much, not a day goes by that I don't miss you, or think about you, but you know that. You are AND WILL FOREVER BE IN MY HEART. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH.

Hey Baby, It's hard to believe how much time has gone by and here I am celebrating another Thanksgiving, another Christmas and starting another year without you. Days come and go so fast, Feb. 2019 will be 8 years since Daddy went home, and in Sept. 2019 it will be 5 years  since you went home. Time does fly even when I'm not having fun. I miss you both so much. Today. thanks to my friend Jenny the Mass was in your honor here at St. Joseph's in Honey Creek . It was beautiful, the church here is so warming and welcoming, you would have liked living up here and the people are all so nice, the church is truly filled with the Holy Spirit. Honey can you please look after Fisher, even though I never really met him, in knowing his dad and grandparent and other family members  I know he was a great little angel and child of God, He was so special and loved by so many. Thank You. Honey I know your birthday is just around the corner and I'm sorry I won't be able to visit your resting place, on that day but as soon as I go to Lubbock I will visit. The house is close to selling, God willing. Please continue praying for me and especially for Paul, I know he misses you so much, please ask Our Lord Jesus to have mercy on him, ask St. Joseph to take him under his wing and lead him as he did you and so many others. 
 I continue to pray for you, daddy, Mary, and all other family members on both our families. I love you so much and miss you dearly, but would not rob you of your time with Jesus, Mary , Joseph and all the angels and saints. Hey Babe,  like always you have been on my mind so much. I miss you so much,  memories have just been flowing which makes it easier to cope., but missing you terribly just the same. With the holiday quickly approaching everything seems to remind me of you. This morning just making the bed reminded me of how we did that together every morning. I attended a wedding with my clients and when the couple presented the blessed Mother with flowers, and when they said their vows, it all reminded me of our wedding, and then when the priest said, till death do you part. and that reminded me once again, death did part us, but all the fond and wonderful memories I have with you, I will never part with. I know some day those memories will be stored somewhere deep in my mind, but they will always be in my heart. I loved and continue to love you so much. But being  that, we are all born to die, I just Thank God He sent you to me even if it was for a little while, because I know someday we will be together again. Hey Baby, this is the Eve of your Homecoming four years ago, September 9th, Our Lord called you home. It's so hard to believe. I still find it hard. I know you must be so happy, here for me it's a little sad, you see the people I care for will celebrate their 65th wedding Anniversary tomorrow. I can't help but wonder how thing would have been for us to have celebrated even our 10th anniversary., much less 65 years,  But once again I am very Blessed to have spent the time we had together. I am forever grateful to God for blessing me with such a great gift. You will continue to forever be in my heart. I love you and miss you so much. Rejoice and dance with the angels my dear husband.

 As I lay here, trying to get some rest I can't help remembering 16 years ago today at this very moment we were driving to Laredo, the thunder and lighting, the fireworks, the very few stars at a distance, Our very first road  trip. It was so beautiful, and you were such a gentlemen.  I think I knew then I would love you forever. I also remember the years that followed and how we would laugh about that weekend. It had rained for 4 straight days  some areas as much as 30 inches, I remember driving the back way to get to Cotulla to meet you because 181 to San Antonio was closed, something I had never in my life done before. The excitement and anticipation, of not knowing what to expect, but somehow I knew you were a good man and God was telling me I could trust you. I can also still hear my friend tell me, when you old sitting in a rocking chair you will someday be glad and say, I can't believe I did that instead of wondering or saying I wish I would have done that . That is one decision I will never regret and a memory I will never forget. That was the first of many road trips together. Our Journey began with God leading us and ended with God leading us. My He continue to lead me until we meet again. I love you my dear sweet man.

My Dear Sweet Husband, I miss you so much. Father's Day was so hard not having you or Daddy. It was just another day for me. I'm sure for you it must have been a great day. Being there with Our Heavenly Father, with your dad and your brothers, dad and all the other men you knew while on earth.  Time is just flying by, here I am planning grandma's 105 birthday party, I keep remembering her 100th when you were here with us.  My sweet man. I love you so much. I will forever love you and be grateful for the wonderful years God gave us together and for sending me such an amazing handsome, loving, Godly man. thank you for choosing me to spend your last years with and for being such a good husband, father, friend and a wonderful  man.    Oh how I miss you. Not a day goes by that I don't think about you. I look around and see what all is going on, Mia just graduated from college, and Kaitlyn is also fixing to graduate from Tech, you would have been so proud, I know you are and I know you look out and watch over us all and are proud of everyone who does good. So many special, important events that I miss us sharing and being a part of together. But I'm sure you are having a great time with our Lord, Our Blessed Mother and all the angels and saints, my dad and sister, your family and friends. And time is just flying by, the kids are growing so fast. and everyday there are new things.  I moved to Bulverde and work nights with an amazing family, a good Catholic family, I have been so blessed, God continues to bless me every day and I'm sure your intercession helps. My sweet dear husband,  the days and nights seem to be flying by ever so fast and I find myself missing you more and more. Especially during these trying times as my sweet Roasalie was called home. I can't help but to feel blessed and honored to have met such wonderful people. Even though my time with her and her family was short, the love and care they showed me was   and will forever be very memorable. I know you are looking out for me and that God loves me very much, ,to give me that opportunity to care for her as she waited in Heaven's waiting room, waiting to be called was such an honor. Words can not express the joy in my heart as I learned so much from her and her family. And now I will be moving to Bulverde to care for her brother in law and sister, and once again He places me with an amazing family. My love, I can't even begin to imagine, how your time must be with Our Lord, our loved ones, and all the angels and saints, especially now during holy week. With my job and with everything going on, it's been a little difficult going to Adoration and or weekly mass or events. I miss all that, our Lenten Retreats together, our helping at the nursing home and the home bound. Life with you was so fulfilling. We laughed, we shared, we did so much together you and I, it was  just like a marriage should be with love and respect. Oh how I miss you. But I am grateful to Our Almighty God for now allowing you a life of pain and suffering. I know He saw you as His true and faithful servant to the very end because that's how I saw you. And I will forever be grateful to Him for placing you in my life and will forever be grateful to you for choosing me to share the rest of your God given life with you. The years spent with you were some of the best years of my life and will forever be imprinted deep in my heart. I will love you forever. Until we meet again, my thoughts and prayers continue.

Hey Baby, Just want to wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving on Thursday and Happy Birthday on Friday. As you know, I've decided to sell the house and move back home so the next few days will be very busy. Not that I will forget your birthday, I just may not have time to sit and write. The girls are coming down to help me pack. Ever since Mary died the kids, mom, as well as my siblings want us closer, and now I guess it finally does feel right. I just can't seem to move forward and continue to live here without you. You found your perfect home with JESUS, and until He calls me home, I have to find my home. I love our home, and all the beautiful memories we made and shared together, those will never be taken away from me. Thank You again for loving me and my family, you were the best. But now I must make trust God and allow Him to lead me into a new season in my life. With God's guidance , His love and mercy  I know I'm in great hands. I miss you so very much, my heart aches for you every single day. Some days I think I do get upset with God for taking you away from me, but I know you were His before you were mine and we are born to die. But enough said, may your special day when you were sent to earth be as special as when you got back home, because I know your new Birthday is the day you met up with Jesus face to face. Hey baby, just sitting here at work thinking about you. Some days all this seems so unfair and unreal, even if I do understand it's all part of life. We are born to die, yeah, yeah,, I know and believe all that, I just don't understand why our time was so limited, so short. We were so happy, I loved you so much. Jesus was certainly at the center of our marriage, I know we had our ups and downs but we never went to bed upset or started our day without prayers, a hug and a kiss. I still miss talking with you throughout the day, you calling me on your way home, waiting for you at the door when you got home, eating together, and watching tv everyday, than having ice cream before we said our prayers for the night.
