Gary Pilkinton

GARY PILKINTON, age 85, of Lubbock, Texas passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2022. Gary was born November 5, 1936 in Bonham, Texas to the late Delvin and Beatrice Pilkinton. Gary Worked for Lubbock News for two years in his early life, and later went on to become a Salesman for American National Insurance. He was Later promoted to District Manager in Lamesa, Texas and again Two years later in Plainview Texas. He enjoyed his time spent as District manager totaling four years. Gary was later transferred to Lubbock Texas where he eventually retired From American National after 40 years and precisely 3 days.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 65 years, Nancy, son Michael Pilkinton; daughter, Felenia Burge; brothers, Larry, Mac and Dickie Pilkinton and a sister Juanita Bevers, grandchildren Tyler Green, and Tanner Green. He is preceded in death by sibling Donald Pilkinton and Wife Yvonne.
