Bill Shelby

Bill was born August 3, 1933 in Clarksville, Tennessee to Elliott and Kathryn Shelby. He married Joan (Joann) Howk October 7, 1952 in Searcy, Arkansas. They raised five children together.

They also raised their granddaughter Marci. Bill owned and operated his own business,

Shelby Ceramic Tile.

He is survived by his daughters - Sylvia Covington (Robert), Linda Schweickert (Ron), and Joanna Vail (Lloyd). Grandchildren - Marci Munoz, Eric Covington, Erin McCaskill and Robin Rickard. Nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a sister, Ruth Bagby, a daughter, Tina Pollard and a son, Paul Shelby.
