Breanna Lynne Sullivan

Breanna “Breezy” Lynne Sullivan was a bright, tenacious beautiful girl. She was courageous and strong and could find her way through anything. You would often find her creating beautiful artwork with her mom, or in the kitchen trying to create cheesecake recipes from the Great British Baking Show with her dad. Even if they did not turn out perfect they would find joy in the moments and laughter in the middle.

Her heart was always soft and melted immediately for any fur or feather babies that crossed her path, it was not a surprise if they found a new home in her loving arms.

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Breezy Sullivan on Saturday, November 28, 2020. We have lost her way too soon and our lives will never be the same again.

Breezy was born to Randall Scott Sullivan and Jennifer Sue Sullivan on November 12, 1989. She grew up in Littleton, Colorado with her older sister Natalie Nicole, her younger brother Ryan Scott, her dog Shasta and her big tomcat Precious. Breezy excelled in school and had the opportunity to participate in the International Baccalaureate program. Her favorite teacher Ms. White was from Scotland and she took Breezy and her class to New York and introduced them to haggis.

As a young adult, she attended the University of Northern Colorado and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Her passion for animals led her to work as a Veterinarian Tech for The Animal Eye Center. She was very creative and gifted artistically and enjoyed creating special gifts for her niece Lilly Nicole.

It brings us great peace to know that when she left this world she was immediately welcomed into the arms of her loving grandparents Donald and Mildred Sullivan, great grandparents Anders and Petrea Sand, great grandparents Andrew and Marjorie Shappell, and sweet cousin Hanna Kerr. We know that she has found her joy again beside her dog Justice, her most loving companion.

Breanna is survived by her parents Randall and Jennifer Sullivan, her sister Natalie Stowe, her niece Lilly Komlo, her brother Ryan Sullivan and Madison VanBibber, her grandparents Dale and Wilma Russell, her grandparents Raymond and MaryLou Stowe.

She was our sweet daughter, sister, granddaughter, and friend and she was there anytime that we needed her. We will miss the brightness of her beautiful eyes and her wonderful smile. We are so grateful for the precious moments that we had with her before we lost her. In those moments we learned that when you are calling out into the darkness, sometimes you need to use the baby elk call and most important you need to laugh.

Please join us as we celebrate her life at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Aurora, CO on Thursday, December 10th at 11 am. A cemetery committal will take place at Grandview Cemetery in Fort Collins on Thursday, December 10th at 2 pm.
