William Dominic Simms, age 72, of Georgetown, Indiana entered into rest on November 22, 2022.
He was a lineman for Clark County REMC and a Catholic.
Mr. Simms was preceded in rest by his parents, William and Barbara Simms; two brothers, David and Thomas Simms; and a sister, Mary Anne Collins.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Kathy Simms; children, Shannon Hiner (Nik), Zachary Simms and Kelly Bratcher; three grandchildren, Austin and Alexis Hiner and Gage Bratcher; two brothers, Phil Simms (Diana) and Joe Simms (Ann); two sisters, Jeanne Powell (Jerry) and Sara Simms; and many nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be on Thursday at 12 noon at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with private interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 10am until 8pm.
