Virginia Marie Duke "Nanny", 87, of Louisville, went to be with her Heavenly Father on May, 31 2019.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Charles Nelson Duke.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Patty Rawlings; grandchildren, Mike (Kristie) Rawlings, Lee (April) Rawlings, and Patrick Adam (Amanda) Rawlings; great- grandchildren, Tanner, Kaylee, Katelyn, Payton and Caden; sister, Betty Wyatt; and her loving dog, Milo.

The Funeral service will be held on Tuesday June 4, 2019 at 10am in Evergreen Dignity Memorial Chapel. The visitation will be held on Monday from 2-8pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery, 303 Leslie Avenue, Glasgow, KY 42141.

The family wishes to thank the Nazareth Home for the wonderful love and care they gave to Virginia in her final days.

Memorial Donations in Marie's name can be made to Nazareth Home or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
