She was a cook and a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church, in Winchester, TN, the Order of the Eastern Star and the Phyllis Wheatley Science Club.
Mrs. Brazelton was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Brazelton, and her sons, Lewis O'Neal Martin and Ronnie Allan Martin.
She is survived by her daughters, Emma Shepard (Dallas) and Bridgett Kimbrough; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be on Friday, January 4th, at 2pm at the Elk River Missionary Baptist Tabernacle,87 Crestview Drive Winchester, TN, with interment following in Thorogood Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, on Wednesday from 2pm until 8pm and the church on Friday from 12 until the time of service.
