Sandra Koontz McIntosh 53, of Monticello, KY, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leon W. McIntosh.
Survivors include her son Shane Shoemaker; stepsons Gerald McIntosh, Nicholas McIntosh, Glenn McIntosh, Eric Marshall, and Kevin Jasgaszewski; siblings Debbie Morris, Judy Dabney, Barry Koontz, Gary Koontz, Terry Koontz, and Tia Perkins; grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 12:00 PM at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona.
