He was a graduate from Moore High School. Brad was a devoted Christian and member of Southeast Christian Church. His life was full of joy, passion and many memories. As a corvette enthusiast and die hard Steelers fan, he found time for his home team, and all-time favorite – University of Louisville, Go Cards!
Becoming Vice President of Falls City Corvette Club, Administrator for Bad Boy Vettes, and President of Smyrna Crossings HOA, the friends he made became a part of his family. Brad worked hard to provide for his family, he had his own cleaning business “Time To Clean” for twenty-two years.
Here to cherish his memory is his loving wife of eleven years, Stephanie Dowell, children; Taylor Elizabeth Dowell and Robert Michael Dowell. Grandchild, Carter Dowell, brother, Rusty Dowell (Jackie), sister, Kendall Kline (Jeremy) and parents, Bob and Sue Dowell, along with nieces and nephews; Jason, Julia, Zoe, Charlotte, Bailey and great nieces and nephews; Liam Mathieu, Hayden Robert, Kayleigh Jo, and Graham Lewis.
Visitation will occur on Wednesday, August 30th from 12-8PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218.
A service to honor Brad’s life will take place at Chapel in the Woods-South East Christian Church, 1407 Moser Rd. Louisville, KY 40299, beginning at 11AM. Murphy Belding will be officiating.
Brad will be laid to rest within Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Brad’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
