Randy Holmes IV, of Louisville, passed away on June 27, 2018. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Dora and Rufus Markham and grandfather, Harleigh Holmes Jr.
He is survived by his mother, Faye Holmes, his children, Harleigh Randall Holmes V. and Lauren D. Sams. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
A celebration of Randy’s life will be conducted at 6 p.m. at Heart of Fire Church,5101 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 3 p.m. until service time Sunday at the church.
