Randall Miller

The oldest of five children born to Margie and Porter Miller in Clarkson, KY on October 18, 1924. A longtime member of Faith Chapel General Baptist Church, Randall was preceded in death by his wife Helen and one brother, Ralph. He is survived by his sisters Gladys, Helen June and Charlene; and his son, Ronnie L Miller (Lynn) and his daughter Phyllis Ann Humphrey (John.) His legacy also includes 4 grandchildren, Rhonda Miller (Mike), David Graham (Laura), Melanie Wright (Matt) and Jennifer Folks (Charles) and 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

The family extends special thanks to Sylvaughnna Hays for her many years of dedication and devotion to Randall’s care. We are eternally grateful. Thank you also to Phyllis, Ronnie, J and family for their tireless efforts to honor his wishes to stay in his home for end of life care.

Randall loved to garden and farm and enjoyed listening to gospel music. No words were left unsaid. Time and love was given freely for the 97 years and 6 months he was with us.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 27 from 2 - 8 pm at Heady Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, Louisville. The funeral will be Thursday, April 28 at 12 Noon at the funeral home, followed by short service at 1:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
