She was the best mom in the world and was known for her famous mac n cheese, sweet potato casserole and Christmas candy. She retired from MCA of Kentucky and enjoyed watching tv, cooking and writing tall tales. More than anything she loved Jesus and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents Charles Walcott and Mae Wright, two spouses David L Ruff, Sr and Thomas Grimsley and great grandson Louis. She is survived by her son David L. Ruff, Jr (Cheryl), her daughter Tammy Jones-Scrogham (Brent), Three grandchildren: David Lee Ruff III (Jennifer), Garrett Jones, and Charlie Scrogham, and great grandchildren: Lucy, Joseph, Mary, Molly, Anna, and Henry.
Visitation will be Friday, December 13, from 12-2 with the funeral following. Memorial gifts to Hospice of Central Kentucky.
