He joins his grandparents Norman and Florence Lawrence along with John and Liz Hawk along with Uncle Ronnie and Uncle Doug in heaven.
He was the beloved son of Paul and Sandy Hawk, brother of Karyn Hawk-Lacefield (Brian), Leslie Hawk, Megan Hawk, and uncle of Reghyn, Jessika, Amanda Lacefield, and great uncle to Malaysia Ledé Nicole Black (Lacefield).
A visitation for Patrick will be held Monday, January 30, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, January 31, 2023 beginning at 12:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
