She was a 4th grade teacher at Blue Lick Elementary School and retired after 30 years of service with the for the Jefferson County Public School system.
Lana is preceded in death by her husband, Tom Baumgardner,her parents, William and Mary Naugher, and her grandchild, Adrian Fundora.
She is survived by her sons: David Baumgardner and Bryan Baumgardner, a brother, Doug Naugher (Bonny), grandchildren, Allison, Reid, Shawn, Clayton and Sophie and great-grandchildren, Aria and Aliyah.
Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 12-2PM on Monday, December 16, 2024 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218 with a funeral following at 2pm in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven. Interment will follow immediately at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery.
