WALKER, JOHN O. SR., 75, passed away Monday, February 21, 2011.
John served in the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army Reserves.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Vada Walker; son, John Walker Jr. (Sheila); grandchildren, Olivia and John Walker; and many nieces and nephews.
A service honoring the life of John will be held 10 a.m. Friday at Evergreen Funeral Home with a private burial to follow. Visitation will be held Thursday, noon-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
