John Robert "Bob" Schindler, 90, of Louisville, passed away January 16, 2018. He was a retired maintenance mechanic for Tube Turns and a Navy veteran of WWII. He was preceded in death by his wife, Berladean Presley Schindler. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Ray Schindler(Mary Bo) and Larry Schindler(Joan); grandchildren, Rob Maggard(Joanne), Martin Schindler, Renee' Hack, and Ed Schindler(Melanie); great-grandchildren, Iona Maggard and Lynn Maggard; and his sister, Helen Brooks. Funeral service will be 12 noon Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Evergreen Funeral Home with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8pm Friday.
