Joe was met at the gates of Heaven by his parents, Sherrill and Rita Neutz; and nephew, Benjamin Niner. He was also met by many other family and friends.
He was a volunteer firefighter for the South Dixie Fire department for over 10 years and retired from JCPS , Nutrition services. Joe also was huge fan of U of L woman’s basketball team and men’s football team. Joe loved 70s and 80s music, working in the yard and cutting grass and traveling with all his friends.
He leaves his loving wife of 37 years, Maggie Neutz; daughter, Katie Norris (Ben); grandson, Beau Norris; siblings Sherle Reynolds (Joe), and Todd Neutz (Julie).
Joe also leaves many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.A funeral service will be on Monday at 11:00am at Advantage Funeral Home with entombment to follow at Bethany cemetery. A visitation will be on Sunday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home.
