Jesse Jerome Skaggs, 66, entered into rest on Monday April 19, 2021. He was preceded in death by his Father, Otis D. Skaggs; He was an Army Veteran and a member of Valley View Church. Jesse was a Certified EMT, a Volunteer with South Dixie Fire Dept., and he was a Kentucky Colonel; He is survived by his Wife, Elaine Skaggs; Sons, Robert N. Skaggs (Rachel), Major Nathan E. Skaggs (Jaclyn); His Mother, Monika Skaggs; Brother, Dr. Ernest O. Skaggs DMD, PSC; Sisters, Edith Hager and Marsha Kelsey; 3 Grandchildren, Hannah, Kaelyn, Rebekah; 7 Nieces and Nephews and 8 Great Nieces and Nephews; His Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 12noon at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel, with Burial following in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 3-8pm and on Tuesday after 10am until time of service at the funeral home.
