He was preceded in death by his parents, James Warren Holsclaw Jr. & Ethelreada Holsclaw.
James was a U.S. Air Force Veteran where he served as an electrician. He retired from Phillip Morris after many years of service as a machinist. He actively played sports, from bowling, to volleyball and tennis. He enjoyed flying RC airplanes and the electric guitar. He was also a ham radio operator, KD4KQA.
Left to cherish his memory, his wife of 51 years, Linda Brazell Holsclaw; two daughters, Charlotte Holsclaw & Tina Holsclaw Frederick (Steve); grandsons, Nathan & Evan; brother, Ralph Holsclaw and sister, Anita Burgess.
Visitation Wednesday, February 19, 2020 from 4-8pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy. Funeral Thursday, February 20, 2020 11am in the Arch L. Heady & Son Chapel with entombment to follow at Hebron Cemetery.
