Although I didn't have the pleasure of being a close friend of Mr Hargis I met him briefly.  I know him as Caryn's dad and how very special and wonderful father he was.  He will be sorely missed.  Love and prayers to all, especially Mrs. Hargis and children.

It has been many years since we had contact with the Hargis family, but as fellow Benton Countians, we want to offer condolences to the Hargis family. I remember the elementary school days & basketball with James's  older sisters.

It's impossible to tell someone how deeply I cared for James(Buddy to me} his youngest sister.I got  so much pleasure from his weekly sometimes much  more to discuss his Louisville Cardinals, UT football, Peyton Manning and Lexie and Em and we discussed his grandson Will. He often called while Will and I were on FB taking about those Cards and the rest of the family. He loved to talk about his grandfather, Daddy Dick, and his mom. There will never be anyone more special to me than Buddy.Tk you God for letting us have him this long.His family meant the world to him and them to him.
