Jackie was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Nichols. He is survived by his sons, Steven Skinner (Marilyn), Hayden Skinner, and daughter, Adriana Skinner, three siblings, Peggy Luther (Paul), Barbara Brimm (Kenny), and Roy Jr.; 13 - Grandchildren, Lillee, Austin, Billy Jr, Whitney, Devin, Tristian, Taylor, Olivia, Nicholas, Trenleigh,Tiana, Teagan and Troy. Jackie’s funeral will be Monday, October 16, 2023 at Advantage Funeral Home Hardy Chapel, 10907 Dixie Hwy at 11:00 AM with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 3 - 8pm Sunday, October 15, 2023 and Monday from 9am until the funeral time.
