Gary Micheal Cress, 58, of Louisville, passed away October 9, 2019. He was a mail handler for the U.S. Postal Service, an Army veteran, and a member of St. Rita Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Della Cress; and his brothers, Gleen Cress and Marshall Dean Cress. Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Debra Schott Cress; sons, Josh Cress, Michael Cress(Leslie), and Travis Cress; grandson, Logan Wayne Cress; brother, Donald Cress; and sister, Regina Logsdon(Paul).

Funeral service will be 12pm Monday, October 14, 2019 at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 1pm-8pm Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial donations in his memory can be made to St. Rita Catholic Church.
