Dennis Lee Schulte

Dennis Lee Schulte, 82, of Louisville, Ky passed away on Sunday December 10th, 2023, at Baptist Health Louisville Hospital. He was born in Louisville, Ky on January 9th, 1941, to the late Raymond Schulte Sr. (Agnes) and Dorothy Heavrin Robinson (Daniel). He was a retired employee of Underhill Associates. Dennis dearly loved his family, friends, and his beloved pet Cici. He spent his entire life helping anyone that needed help. He enjoyed horse racing and visiting with his beloved neighbors. His kindness and sense of humor are going to be truly missed. He was preceded in death by his Son, Scott Schulte; Daughter, Sherry Schulte; Grandsons, Zack and Sonny Lampiasi. Dennis is survived by his Loving Wife, Wanda Schulte; Son, Robert Patterson, Jr. (Anita); Daughter, Deidra Kestler (Alan); Son, Timothy Schulte (Lilly); Brother, Raymond Schulte, Jr. (Betty); Sisters, Emily Sexton (Jim) Sherry Hutcherson, Rita Covert (Joe); 4 Grandchildren, Beth White (Robert), Michael Patterson (Amber), Audrey Staley (Matt), Mark Kestler (Tara) and 11 Great Grandchildren, Hayley, Khali, Chloe, Madison, Madilyn, Aiden, William, Abigail, Claire, Dillon and Cruz. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 15th at 12:30 pm at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel, with Entombment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 14th from 1:00 – 8:00pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
