David Lee Wright Sr., 58, of Louisville, passed away November 29, 2022. He enjoyed cooking and was proud to be a chef, especially while working at Baxter Station and Doe Run Inn. He was also a member of Bluegrass Brotherhood.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Esther Wright; sisters, Holly and Heidi; and his brother-in-law, Josh Payne. He is survived by his wife, Katie Wright; daughter, Hanna Wright; sons, Sean "Jake" Wright and David "Skippy" Wright Jr.; his grandchildren; sisters, Susan Wright-Neal(Pat) and Kathy Hoskins(Marcus); and brother, Jerry Wright.
Funeral service will be 12pm Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Evergreen Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitation will be 3pm-8pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
