Daniel William Clarke

Born on September 22, 1958 in Louisville, KY, Dan was the son of the late Shearl and Esther (Howard) Clarke. Growing up in Jeffersonville, IN, he graduated from Jeffersonville High School and Sullivan University. He went on to hold a successful career as a software engineer for over 35 years, working for various companies in the industry.

Dan is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Andrea (Chandler) Clarke; his children, Sara (Neal) Turpin, Ryan (Ashley) Clarke, and Evan Clarke; his two precious grandchildren, Luke Daniel and Nora Elizabeth; his brother Rodger (Marlena) Clarke and sister Sue (Paul) Duckworth; along with many other family members who loved him.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 24, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Tuesday, October 25, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM preceding the funeral service at 12:00 PM at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 7410 Westport Road, Louisville, KY 40222. Burial will follow at Floydsburg Cemetery in Crestwood, KY. Officiating the service are Dan’s daughter, Rev. Sara Turpin and her brother-in-law, Rev. Chris Heading.
