Skaggs, Charles W., 71, passed away on December 14, 2014. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Charles was a wood worker by trade, retiring from KY Wood Floors. He enjoyed fishing and being a Papaw.
Left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 48 years, Lois; children, Lynn (Brian) Seay and David (Laura) Skaggs; grandchildren, Aurora, Jared, Alexis, Lakin, and Addison; brothers, Sherman (Wanda) and Bernie (Sharon) Skaggs; and sisters, Lillie Bast, Pauline Pittman, Linda (Paul) Wright and Judy Gruber.
Funeral service will be Thursday at noon at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:00-8:00 pm and Thursday from 10 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
