Carolyn Schick D'Antonio 82, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, July 20th.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, John and Charleen Schick, brother, John "Jack" Schick and her loyal companion Snoopy.
Left to cherish her memory is her niece; Rhonda Schick Logsdon, great nieces; Brittany Williams (Josh), and Rae Borders; great-great niece Aliannah Bibb and great-great nephew, Jonathan Bibb along with special friends, Ann Carlton, Pat Tischendorf and Kelli Albrecht.
Cremation has been chosen,
The family would like to request that memorial donations in Carolyn's name be directed to the Alzheimers Association.
