Carol Ann Estes Sego, 87, of Louisville Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. She was born to the late Frank and Virginia McDonie Estes on March 12, 1937 in Louisville Kentucky. Carol was in administration with Brown and Williamson until she married the love of her life on August 3, 1963, Donald Sego. She enjoyed country music, comedies, and musicals. Recently she began to enjoy the singing shows such as American Idol and The Voice. Carol found the most joy in spending time with her friends, lunch with her mall buddies and her friends from the YMCA.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 48 years, Don Sego; brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Sylvia Estes.
Left to cherish Carol's memory are her two daughters, Barbara Sego and Sandra Sego; and many loving friends.
Visitation for Carol will be Monday, November 25, 2024 from 2pm until 8pm at Arch L Heady Funeral Home - Okolona. Her funeral service will be Tuesday at 12:30pm at the funeral home. Burial in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, Kentucky will immediately follow her service.
