Mrs. French enjoyed cooking family meals, playing games, dancing, watching western films, knitting, puzzles, being outdoors, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.
She graduated from Atherton High School in 1974 then married the love of her life Tony on August 10, 1974. Together they share three children, and four grandchildren.
Aside from being a loving homemaker she was a dependable, hard working employee. She spent 10+ years in the dietary department at Our Lady Of Peace Hospital. After her time there she spent 15+ years as a supervisor at the Dillards warehouse. When Dillards relocated she started working for the Geek Squad warehouse where she spent 5+ years before her retirement in 2018.
Her children were the light of her life. She was proud of all their accomplishments, and she was their biggest fan. She would tell everyone that her and Tony have great children. But the smile on her face when one of her grandchildren visited was one of a kind.
She is proceeded in death by her brother Dale Kinkade, father Homer Kinkade, brother Harold Priddy, mother Zelma Kinkade, sister Rosemary Crawley, and sister Jeannie Whitehorse.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 47 years Tony French, three children, Melinda Goff(Frankie), Marc French(Brittany), Rob French(Mindy). 4 grandchildren Bradley Cline, Olivia Goff, Breann French, Lilly French. Sister Joyce Barksdale(Gary) and several nieces & nephews.
