Bobby was retired from General Electric, a Manual graduate, and grew up in Germantown.
He was also an Army veteran.
Bobby is preceded in death by his father, Walter Harris; mother, Pauline Boemker Harris, sister, Ethel Harris; and brother, Walter George Harris.
Bobby leaves behind the love of his life for 56 years, Marilyn Kirchner Harris; children, Donna Morris (David), Daniel Harris (Susan), and Denise Hunt (Gregg); grandchildren, Brandon Morris, Crystal Morris, Jacob McDougall, Kelci Harris, and Koby Harris; great-grandchildren, Keaton, Trenton, Kaylee, Skylar, and Eden; and sister, Diane Harris Ramsey.
Funeral service will be 10am on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at Evergreen Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-8pm on Tuesday at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Bullitt County Animal Shelter.
