Betty was born to the late Adele and Earl J. Fow. Brothers, Danny Fow (Judell), Jerry Fow (Dot), and Charles “Mikey” Fow, along with her beloved pets, Coco and Slick also preceded her in passing.
Betty was a real estate agent Southern Indiana, Co-Owned Moody's Food Express in the 1960's on South 4th, and also worked at Moby Dick for some time and The Rodeway Inn.
Here to carry on her memory are her children; Mark Moody (Gail) and Chip Moody (Charla), grandchildren; Erin Moody (David), Melissa Moody (Patrick), Loren Moody (Kendrick), Leah Moody, Chanda Wolfe (Derek), great-grandchildren; Emerson Metz, Eliot Metz, Waylon Wolfe, and Wrenley Wolfe, and sister Gloria Myers.
A visitation for Betty will be held Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven. A funeral service will occur Monday, December 13, 2021 at 10:00 AM, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218. Mrs. Moody will be laid to rest in Resthaven Memorial Park.
