Betty "Lulu" Lou (Hodges) Lewis

God called our Lulu home. Waiting to welcome her with open arms are her parents, Lou and Selma Hodges, brother, William C(Bill) Hodges (Harriet), son, John Conrad Lewis, son-in-law, Michael Patterson, nephew, William B Lewis Jr and many more loving family members and friends.

Lulu loved God, her family, Honey(her fur baby) and everyone she ever met. Music(BeeGee's, Earth Wind and Fire and Michael Buble' were her favorites) and beautiful automobiles were a passion. She was a virtuoso violinist, avid golfer, superb bridge player, fabulous cook(her green beans are legendary) and an incredible seamstress who made her own wedding dress and trousseau. Her laughter was infectious and filled a room. She was one of the happiest people and always found the good in everyone even when no one else could.

Left to miss her terribly are her daughter, Lynda Lewis Patterson, son, Mark Edward Lewis (Staci), granddaughters, Taylor Rae Lewis Karimi (Shane) and Madison Paige Lewis, great granddaughter Raelan Karimi, and a great grandson we will welcome in August. Nephews Brook Hodges (Mary), Robert Lewis (Jennifer) and Michael Lewis (Jean). Nieces Robin Hodges (Jacques), Julie Lewis Heuser (Bill) and Jody Lewis O'Mary plus a host of great nephews and nieces and friends galore.

Thank you and hugs to Juanita, Hazel, Mildred, Aster and Ramona who cared for her so gently. You are rock stars.

A celebration of life will be held 2pm Sunday June 20th at the home of her daughter.
