Barbara Ann Whitt

Barbara Ann Whitt, age 88, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022. Barbara was born on June 4, 1934 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Elmer and Anna Dusel. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Larnt Whitt; her daughter, Nancy Fowler; son-in-law, William Mark Hollowell; and her brothers, Kenny Dusel and Charles Dusel.

Barbara was a member of Farmdale Baptist Church. She was a loving and devoted wife, mom and grandma. She will be truly missed by all who adored her.

Left behind to cherish Barbara's memory is her daughter, Judith Hollowell; grandchildren, Chris Fowler (Allison), Rachel Dooley (Bradford), Dr. Jenna Dickenson, Janel Dickenson; and her five great-grandchildren, Reagan, Lola, William, Declan and Cillian.

A visitation for Barbara will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Highway, Louisville, Kentucky. A visitation will resume on Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 12 noon until the time of the service at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Barbara will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
