Anthony Lee Kress, age 39, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. He attended Our Mother of Sorrows School and continued his education at St. Xavier High School, and graduated in 2005 from Seneca High School. For the past 12 years he worked HVAC with his best friend Mark Gross and father-like figure, Ira Gross. He had a very special bond with the Gross family.
Anthony was preceded in death by his grandparents, Louise Neal Cochran and Sylvester and Ruth Kress. He is survived by his parents, Sharon Kress(Eddie Mattingly) and Michael Kress(Dianne Smith); grandfather, Harry Neal Jr.; brothers, Scott Kress(Angela) and Cory Kress(Nicole); nephew, Grayson Kress; nieces, Bailey Kress and Sylvie Kress; aunts, Karen Masden and Sue Roberts(Dennis); and uncles, Ron Kress(Jane) and Tony Neal(Sherry).
Funeral service will be 10am Monday, December 23, 2024 at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:30pm-8pm Sunday at the funeral home.
