Anna Mae Schuler, 96, passed away November 30, 2013 at Wesley Manor Healthcare Center in Louisville Kentucky. She was born October 5, 1917 in Louisville to the late Claude and Stella Nichols Howard. Mrs. Schuler was a member of the Zion United Church of Christ and the Purity #116 Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Schuler Jr. and her parents.
She is survived by her children, Robert A. Volk Sr. (Joyce), Darlene Schuler, Michael L. Schuler (Martha) and Karen Schuler Chrisman (Timothy), 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Mrs. Schuler’s life will be conducted Wednesday, December 4th, 2013 at 12:00 pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road with interment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 3rd, 2013 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Wednesday, December 4th, 2013 from 9:00am until the time of service at noon.
