Wanda Euphemia Jones was born on October 23rd, 1931 in Pleasant Hill, Oklahoma to James Floyd Songer and Mary Jane Hughey Songer. Wanda passed away peacefully on October 14th, 2022 in Clearwater, Florida.
Wanda is preceded in death by her husband Charles Jones, son Donald Jones; parents James Floyd Songer and Mary Jane Hughey Songer; sister LaNeta Ross, and brothers Adolph Songer and Jerry Songer.
Wanda is survived by her children Brenda Landers, Alan and Martha Jones, Ronald and Sheila Jones, Sherry and Chris Gibbs, and Shonna and Jason Grove; brother Tom and Monica Songer; grandchildren Amber Rosenbalm, Brittney Rosenbalm, Chelsi and Wade Thompson, Matthew Gibbs, Jessica Morris, Tammy Locke, Tonya Clark, Mindy DeRouen, Derrick Jones, Josh Jones, and Suni Stovall; and numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews
Family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Thursday, October 20th, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Lakeview Funeral Home.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 21st, 2022 at 10:00 am in the Chapel of Lakeview Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Memory Park Cemetery in Longview, Texas
