Linda Jeanne Waters

Linda Jeanne Waters, 77, of Frederick, CO died July 31, 2020 in Lafayette, CO. She was born October 9, 1942 in South Bend, Indiana the daughter of A. Jeanne (Watts) and Dick L. Holsinger. Linda was proud to be a homemaker, making her family her first priority. She had also worked for Safeway, Albertsons and American Greeting Cards.

On July 1, 1973, Linda married Dale L. Waters in Corona, CA. They moved from Lancaster, CA to Colorado in 2015. Linda loved the outdoors and any opportunity to travel. She also loved to read, but first and foremost was her love for her family.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband Dale of Frederick, CO and her sons Andy (Tammy) Waters of Florence, SC and Randy (Kris) Waters of Westminster, CO; four grandchildren Joseph (Jordan) Waters and their children Gabriella and Lucas, Rebecca Waters of Florence, SC, Brittany (Kara) Waters of Denver, CO and Katie (George Casiola) Waters of Westminster, CO; her sisters Vicki (John) Paulson of Stansbury, UT and Nancy (Rusty) Petersen of Chandler, AZ.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the Howe Mortuary Chapel in Longmont.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project in Linda’s name.
