Daniel Ford Sullivan, age 93, of Longmont, Colorado passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at his home, surrounded by his loved ones. Daniel was born January 9, 1929. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Dan was predeceased by his first wife Rosa of 20 years and their son William, and his second wife Roberta Bond Sullivan of 42 years as well as a brother and sister. Dan leaves behind his beloved niece, Donna Bond Becker and husband Mark Becker who dearly loved and cared for Dan during the last years of his life, also managing his namesake ranch, The Dandy S Ranch.
Survivors also include nephew William Todd Bond and wife Wallis, great nephews, Derrec Becker, Joseph Becker and Charlie Bond, a great niece, Dr. Jennifer Becker Lee and husband Kenny Lee and great, great nephews Anderson and Bennett Lee.
Also surviving are step-children, Michael Parker (Claudia), Leslie Parker Williams (Terry), Sarah Parker Amorese and Greg Amorese and their children.
Dan also leaves behind great friends Steven Janssen and Karla Martinez, River Beam and family, as well as the members of Hygiene United Methodist Church who Dan dearly loved.
Dan was born in Bradford, PA and enjoyed living in Idaho and Austria but once he found Colorado it was his forever home. As a young man, Dan loved racing motorcycles and was fond of racing up Pikes Peak. Dan loved playing guitar and banjo and even mastered his 12-string guitar.
Dan was a master machinist and the Founder and CEO of a very successful electroplating business. He loved "tinkering" in his later years and could fix anything. He found great joy in the ranch dogs, goats and chickens. Dan loved life and he loved people. He never lacked for a story to tell. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

A memorial service for Daniel will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Hygiene United Methodist Church, 7542 Hygiene Rd, Longmont, CO 80503. Following the memorial service will be an inurnment at 11:00 AM at Hygiene Cemetery.
