Caleb Hobbes Sabados born May 8, 2004 @ 7:49 AM in Lake Havasu City Arizona, passed away due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on Monday May 27, 2024 in the Boulder Canyon. He was just 20 years old.
He graduated from Frederick High School in 2023 Lettering in both Academics and Track, with numerous awards in both. He had just finished his first year of schooling and work in order to become an electrician. Outside of work he also enjoyed flying his drone and had started his own company called Apollo Drones. He was a self proclaimed comedian, had a heart of gold and was one of the most genuine people I had ever had the honor of knowing.
The name Caleb means faithful, wholehearted, bold and brave. He was all of these things, when he wanted to do something he went all in, "Go Big or Go Home" he would say. He loved his family and his friends fiercely. He hated being embarrassed, and if I am honest would probably be mortified that we were all telling so many stories about him right now.
In this process of letting our son go, we have learned so many things about him and his personality. He had so many people that loved him, more than we ever knew about. Change was always scary for him, but eventually he would just give in and go for it. He leaves behind his father Charles "Chaz" Sabados, his mother Dina Bowser, his uncle James Wright, his older brother Kalvyn Sabados and his biological mother Danielle Halterman. He also leaves behind his grandparents, Gary and Carol Bowser, his grandfather Chuck Sabados and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Please join us on Friday June 21st to celebrate Caleb's life that was taken far too soon.
