Surrounded by loving family and friends, Naomi Grace Butow-Brooks passed away on May 1, 2015 at the age of 92. “Noni” was born in Grandville, Ohio October 7, 1922 to Earl and Vivian Davis. She made her home in Long Beach, California with husband, Dutch Butow (deceased) and seven children and later with husband, James Brooks (deceased). With skillet and sewing machine, she put love into each recipe, craft, and garment for her children and grandchildren alike- a legacy that will be passed down through the generations. She is survived by two children, eleven grandchildren, and countless great-grandchildren.
