I was so sorry and shocked to hear about Michael.  I think of you guys often since we live only an hour apart. I still remember your hospitality when Mom was home to have us visit for a meal.  I always intend to reach out but obviously that hasn’t happened. I will be praying for you.

So sorry to hear about Mike’s passing.
I met Mike about 35 years ago when I was with Auto Haulaway and shared his business expertise and friendship.
It was Mike and I that created the term “Fleet Check” where we met occasionally at Crabby Joes with other tire and fleet managers.
Mike was a great guy!

Mike was a teammate of mine when I joined the Ontario PLNA team in 2004, and those years are some of my best early memories at Michelin. He would often come up to Perth to work with me at Clark Transport, Glen Tay, and Laidlaw. He was always supportive, patient, and helpful as I was starting out as a young sales rep. Mike was the kind of person who wore his heart on his sleeve—always joking around and sharing some great off-color humor. I really appreciate the way he mentored me, and those memories will stay with me forever.  My thoughts are with Mike’s immediate and extended family. Take care, much love.

I met Mike early in my years at Michelin and I liked and respected him immediately. When we worked together it was a pleasure to see how dedicated he was to his work and how he would win people over with his personality and sense of humor. He was always caring for others and I will never forget him.

RIP Mike.  You were always a good partner whenever I needed help at Michelin.   You were the best.  You were a true friend who always kept in touch even after leaving Michelin.  That is a seldom found attribute that only a person with the ability to truly care for others possesses. This world needs more people of your caliber.

So sad to hear of Mikes passing. I love the family picture when the girls were younger . I was reminiscing about our meetings and annual conference. Im smiling now and he probably is too. Mike & I had a long hockey rivalry with Kitchener Rangers vs London Knights. I'll miss those sarcastic messages & calls when London came out on top.
I'm attaching a couple of photos of Michelin Mike at truck fleets (he was never afraid of getting dirty) & him having fun at our social events. You had  to be on guard for fear of being the subject of Mike's next practical joke!!
Family was everything to Mike. He was an immensely proud father & grandfather who relished sharing the accomplishments of all.
Syd & family, take solace that Mike's comfortable now. RIP my friend.

We first met Mike when “Syd’ agreed to babysit our three kids.  As he was coming home from work, his warm greeting and mischievous smile reassured us that they were a great, caring couple.  Their three loving daughters showed us just how much that was true.
Mike was a gentleman and a friend.

I had the opportunity to work closely with Mike over the years.  He cared so much about his family, friends and colleagues.   He had a wonderful sense of humour and did everything with 100% effort and passion.  The photo was taken at the 2007 Michelin sales conference.  We were quite a formidable, indeed unbeatable team.  He was a great teammate, family man and friend.  My thoughts go out to his family.  I will miss you Mike.

Mike was a coworker, but more than that, a friend with whom I have spent true frienship with our work. Is smile, his dedication to Michelin and his brotherhood with his colleges,

Our condolences to Mike’s family. I first met Mike when we worked together in Ottawa and then again when I followed him to Toronto. 
Our daughter and their kids played together in Mississauga and we shared a few adult beverages together. 
I know he was a proud grandfather and loving father and husband.

Very sad to hear of Mike's passing.  I started work for Michelin Tires in Jan of 1984, and I believe Mike joined Michelin 3 months earlier.  Over the years, I spent a lot of time in Mike's company. I was alway impressed with the number of people he knew within Michelin and outside of the company. He always expressed so much admiration for Syd and his girls. I remember when his first grandchild was on the way, he was overjoyed. He was a great man.
My wife and I express our condolences and love to all the family.
