Remo Gildo Gitulli, age 85, of Livonia, Michigan, passed away peacefully on September 24 in his home. He was born July 3, 1938 in Picinisco, Italy to the late Umberto and Clorinda Gitulli, whom he loved and respected dearly. He graduated from high school in 1956 and moved to America in 1962. Everyone who knew him, was aware that gardening brought Remo great joy. He had a green thumb tending his many fruit trees, vegetables, and beautiful flower gardens. He held an interest in studying history and collectibles and was devoted to his Roman Catholic faith. Always having a soft spot for cats, his pet “Zaza” was an important part of his family.
