To the woman who taught me that you can make a gourmet meal on the fly ( although still trying to master this myself;) to the woman woman that taught me that your best defense is a good attitude & sense of humor ;  to the woman that taught me that even when life doesn't give you what you think it should, you accept it & move on to make something better;  to the woman who knew the fun of roller-skating in the basement & hiding it from the adults upstairs;  to the woman who knew the importance of an Easy Bake Oven to a little girl;  to the woman who knew how to make everyone around her feel special.

Dear Uncle Joe, Cindy, Jenny & "Jeffy Kurt" and families,

It is with much sadness that I learned of Aunt Judy's passing.  When I think of Bicentennial fireworks, trips to Disney & EPCOT, roller-skating in the basement, playing frisbee with Whiskey Sour the Wonder Dog, Thanksgiving dinners in Florida and visits to Sanibel Island, I think of many happy times that involved your family.  And I think of how Aunt Judy was always there smiling (usually in the kitchen, fixing something yummy!) and her hugs and her kindness and her infectious laughter.  

There is a void right now in the world- an emptiness - that until recently was occupied by her.  It is my hope & prayer that you can find comfort in these words, and that the memories of all she was such a part of will fill that void some, and that they will sustain you through these difficult times.

So sorry to hear of Judy's passing. I apologize for not being able to attend the service, but will keep her in our prayers. Although I suspect she is in good company in heaven. Marty Peters, Billy's cousin

My deepest sympathies to family and friends. Miss Judy was a beautiful person with a huge heart. Her kindness and warmth was felt by every person she came in contact with.  I am grateful for the short time I got to spend with her and I am a better person because of it. Thank you, Miss Judy. You will be missed by many.
